Molten Ventures ( (GB:GROW) ) has shared an announcement.
Molten Ventures has executed a further partial realisation of its stake in fintech unicorn Revolut, raising about £63 million and taking total proceeds from the investment to roughly £120 million at an approximate 20x multiple on invested capital. The remaining Revolut holding is valued at around £110 million, contributing to an 11% rise in Gross Portfolio Value to about £1.52 billion as of 31 March 2026, alongside strong performance from core holdings such as ICEYE, Ledger and Riverlane.
Including this latest sale, Molten has generated more than £300 million in realisation proceeds since 1 April 2024, underlining its emphasis on active portfolio management and disciplined, NAV-accretive capital allocation. Management said the transaction both crystallises gains and frees capital for a near-term investment pipeline and ongoing share buybacks, signalling a continued focus on recycling capital to enhance shareholder returns ahead of the firm’s audited full-year results due on 9 June 2026.
The most recent analyst rating on (GB:GROW) stock is a Buy with a £5.75 price target. To see the full list of analyst forecasts on Molten Ventures stock, see the GB:GROW Stock Forecast page.
