Molten Ventures, a prominent European venture capital firm, has announced the strategic acquisition of a 97% stake in Connect Ventures’ inaugural fund for approximately £18.6 million. This acquisition, which primarily comprises of investments in Typeform and Soldo, aligns with Molten’s strategy of seeking exceptional secondary investments and is expected to require no additional funding. The firm has a history of successful secondary acquisitions, delivering 2.5x returns on invested capital to date.
