Molten Metals Corp. successfully conducted its annual general meeting, re-electing Lara Smith, Rana Vig, and Allan Larmour as directors and ratifying Smythe LLP as auditors. Shareholders also backed a significant share consolidation strategy, authorizing a reduction in shares at a ratio between 10:1 and 50:1, with specific terms to be announced later.
