Mojave Brands Inc. announces a definitive agreement to acquire Light AI Inc. and LAI SPV Corp., with the transaction expected to close in Q4 2024. The acquisition will be executed through a three-cornered amalgamation, leading to a reconstitution of the company’s board and appointment of Light AI’s CEO as the head of Mojave. Furthermore, Mojave will conduct a private placement to raise at least $7.5 million in connection with the deal.
