An update from Mohawk ( (MHK) ) is now available.

On May 12, 2026, Mohawk Industries refinanced its existing revolving credit facility by entering into a new unsecured credit agreement providing $1.5 billion in initial revolving commitments with JPMorgan entities as administrative agents. The New Credit Facility, which includes letter-of-credit and swingline sublimits and an accordion feature of up to an additional $600 million, is available in multiple currencies and is scheduled to mature on May 12, 2031, with options to extend.

The facility will be used to repay the prior 2019 credit agreement, cover transaction costs, and support ongoing working capital and other general corporate purposes, enhancing Mohawk’s financial flexibility. Pricing is tied to Term SOFR or other benchmark rates plus leverage‑ or rating‑based margins, and the agreement imposes customary covenants, including limits on indebtedness and a minimum interest coverage ratio of 3.5x, as well as standard events of default that could trigger suspension of commitments and acceleration of obligations.

The most recent analyst rating on (MHK) stock is a Hold with a $96.00 price target. To see the full list of analyst forecasts on Mohawk stock, see the MHK Stock Forecast page.

Spark’s Take on MHK Stock

According to Spark, TipRanks’ AI Analyst, MHK is a Neutral.

The score is driven primarily by improving financial performance and a notably strong, de-risked balance sheet, reinforced by earnings-call evidence of margin and EPS improvement plus buybacks. These positives are tempered by modest/volatile margins and mixed demand signals, while the technical setup remains neutral-to-soft (below key longer-term moving averages) and valuation support is only moderate given a mid-range P/E and no dividend yield.
