Mogotes Metals Inc., a mining company, has announced an increase in its private placement to 25 million units at $0.14 each, aiming to raise a total of $3.5 million. The funds raised will support exploration and development of the company’s Filo Sur property. Each unit includes a common share and a half-warrant, which allows purchasing additional shares at a set price until 2027.
