Mogo Shareholders Approve All Resolutions

Mogo Finance Technology (TSE:MOGO) has released an update.

Mogo Finance Technology successfully conducted its Annual General Meeting, where all proposed resolutions were approved, including the election of directors and the re-appointment of KPMG LLP as the company’s auditors. Shareholder participation was robust with over 39% of outstanding shares casting votes. The detailed voting results confirmed strong support for the nominees, with the majority receiving over 90% approval.
