MOG Digitech Holdings Limited successfully completed the placement of 155,230,000 new shares, raising approximately HK$81.33 million. This represents about 16.67% of the company’s enlarged share capital, with the funds earmarked for the expansion of insurance and financial technology businesses (86.07%) and for general corporate purposes (13.93%). The placement has altered the shareholding structure, with the new placees now holding a 16.67% stake in the company.
