Mobvoi Inc. has provided an update on its pre-IPO share option scheme, stating that all the terms remain unchanged since its adoption in 2015 and that regulatory registration in the PRC is expected to be completed by the end of July 2024. The scheme aims to reward and motivate participants, including directors, employees, and consultants, for their contributions and encourage further growth. The administration of the scheme, including the awarding of options, is exclusively managed by the Administrator.
