Mobvoi Inc. announces significant corporate changes including the resignations of Mr. SUN and Ms. LAM from their roles as joint company secretaries and other key positions, effective July 31, 2024. Following these departures, co-founder and COO Ms. LI Yuanyuan, along with Ms. TSANG Wing Man, will assume the respective positions beginning August 1, 2024. Despite lacking specific professional qualifications, Ms. LI’s in-depth experience with the company is seen as adequate for her new role, with Ms. TSANG providing additional support.
