Mobimo Holding AG has completed the acquisition of EMWE Holding AG, enhancing its real estate portfolio with five residential properties in Uster, Wädenswil, and Zurich, along with two properties under construction in Zurich and one in Kloten. This acquisition is set to optimize Mobimo’s residential portfolio in terms of quality and sustainability, with the existing properties almost fully rented and expected to generate an annual rental income of CHF 3 million. The properties under construction are projected to bring in CHF 3.5 million annually upon completion. The acquisition was structured as a quasi-merger, with 51% of the purchase price paid in Mobimo shares, and the sellers have agreed to hold these shares for five years.
