MobilityOne, a leading provider of e-commerce infrastructure payment solutions, has announced a delay in publishing its annual report and accounts for the fiscal year 2023, now expected in August 2024. The company is finalizing the audit, with particular attention on the audit of its 49% stake in Sincere Acres Sdn Bhd. Consequently, trading of MobilityOne’s ordinary shares will remain suspended until the audited accounts are published.
