Mobile Tornado Group PLC announced the successful passing of all resolutions at its General Meeting, including the cancellation of its admission to trading on AIM and re-registration as a private limited company. The last day for trading on AIM is expected to be 8 September 2025, with re-registration to occur by 23 September 2025. The company plans to offer a matched bargain facility through JP Jenkins to assist shareholders in trading shares post-cancellation.
