Mobile Tornado Group PLC, a prominent enterprise resource management mobile solutions provider, has announced a new licence to occupy agreement for office space at Cardale House, Harrogate, to support its expanding UK workforce. The company has agreed to pay a licence fee of £30,000 to cover all related service charges until the end of December 2024. This agreement also represents a related party transaction, as InTechnology, the controlling entity of the office space, is linked to a significant shareholder of Mobile Tornado.
