Mobile Tornado Group PLC, a leader in enterprise mobile solutions, has announced its upcoming AGM for August 12, 2024, and an extension of the redemption date for its £11.8 million indebtedness to Holf Investments Ltd from December 2024 to December 2025. The extension, considered fair by the directors, is subject to shareholder approval as it requires a minor amendment to the company’s articles of association. The preference shares will continue to attract an annual interest rate of 10%.
