Mobile Tornado Group PLC has announced the immediate resignation of Peter Wilkinson, a Non-Executive Director, as he scales back his business commitments upon turning 70. Despite his departure, Wilkinson intends to continue his support through preference shares and a credit facility. The company is actively seeking a replacement and will update stakeholders in due course.
