Mobile Streams plc has announced the issuance of over 62 million new ordinary shares to settle advisory fees, with trading expected to commence on AIM from May 20th, 2024. This move will bring the total number of ordinary shares in issue to over 6.4 billion. The company is known for delivering gaming content and data services globally through its various technology platforms and long-standing carrier relationships.
