Mobile-health Network Solutions Class A has finalized an employment contract with Lun Kwok Chan as their Chief Data Analyst, starting from October 2024 for a period of twelve months, with the possibility of an annual renewal for up to three years. The agreement outlines responsibilities, a base salary, various performance-based incentives, and confidentiality clauses to protect the company’s trade secrets and proprietary information.
