Mobicon Group Limited has announced its upcoming annual general meeting, scheduled for 12 August 2024, where attendees will review the Company’s audited financial statements and director reports, decide on a final dividend declaration, and vote on the re-election of executive and non-executive directors. Additionally, the meeting will address the reappointment of auditors and authorize the remuneration committee to set directors’ pay. Shareholders will also consider new resolutions authorizing the Directors to allocate shares and deal with related offers or agreements.
