Mobico Group PLC has announced a significant transaction under their Long-Term Incentive Plan, awarding Group General Counsel & Company Secretary, Simon Callander, with nil-cost options over 890,585 shares. Following this grant, Callander’s total interest in the company has increased to 1,395,937 shares, further aligning management’s interests with those of shareholders. The transaction is consistent with the award given to the Group CEO and complies with market regulations.
