Mobeus VCTs Plan Merger and New Share Offers

Mobeus Income & Growth VCT (GB:MIX) has released an update.

Mobeus Income & Growth VCT and its associated companies are contemplating a strategic merger to consolidate from four entities into two, with the potential mergers resulting in new share offers for existing shareholders. The mergers would involve a scheme of reconstruction and are contingent upon shareholder approval. An announcement for subscription offers for the newly merged entities is anticipated after the mergers are approved and implemented.
