Mobeus Income & Growth VCT plc, alongside The Income & Growth VCT plc, advised by Gresham House Asset Management Limited, have opened their joint subscription offers, aiming to raise up to £80 million in total. The offers, which are now accepting applications following a successful merger approval, allow investors to choose between the two companies for their investment, or split their investment equally. Details of the offer and applications are available on the Mobeus VCTs website, with a closing date set for 26 March 2025 unless subscriptions are filled prior.
