Mobeus Income & Growth VCT PLC has issued 56,023,733 new Ordinary Shares at prices between 57.53 and 61.05 pence each, as part of a subscription offer launched in June to raise up to £90 million. The new shares will be admitted to the Official List with dealings expected to start around October 7, 2024, bringing the total issued share capital to 319,876,793 shares with equal voting rights.
