MMG Limited is expanding its board with the appointment of Ms. Chen Ying as an Independent Non-executive Director and member of various committees, effective from July 29, 2024. Ms. Chen brings extensive experience in the mining management of the iron and steel industries and holds notable academic and professional qualifications in finance. Her appointment is set for a three-year term with an annual service fee, and she has confirmed her independence according to the Listing Rules of The Stock Exchange of Hong Kong Limited.
