MMG Limited announced the successful passage of all proposed resolutions during their Annual General Meeting held on May 23, 2024. Shareholders voted on key issues including the re-election of directors, issuance and repurchasing of shares, and the adoption of new articles of association. The votes were conducted by poll and the results indicate a strong shareholder support for the board’s proposals.
