MJ Gleeson PLC has announced that key executives, including the CFO Stefan Allanson, CEO of Gleeson Homes Mark Knight, Company Secretary Leanne Johnson, and CEO Graham Prothero have each acquired 36 ordinary shares through a Profit Sharing Employee Share Ownership Scheme at £5.57 per share. The transactions took place on the London Stock Exchange and are in line with the UK Market Abuse Regulation, reflecting a vote of confidence by the management team in the company’s financial health.
