North Atlantic Smaller Companies Investment Trust PLC, associated with director Christopher Mills of MJ Gleeson PLC, has sold 300,000 of the company’s shares at £6.10 each. Post-sale, Mills retains a 10.37% stake in the firm, equating to 6,055,000 shares. The transaction took place on the London Stock Exchange on October 1, 2024.
