Miyoshi Limited successfully conducted its Annual General Meeting (AGM) with key executives in attendance, including the Chairman and CEO. The meeting commenced on time with a quorum present and opened by Chairman Mr. Lo Kim Seng, who introduced the Board of Directors and Financial Controller to the shareholders. Voting on resolutions was carried out by way of poll as per the company’s constitution.
