Miyoshi Limited has successfully allotted and issued 497,353,940 new Rights Shares on June 13, 2024, following their previous announcements and an Offer Information Statement. This issue will increase the total number of shares to 1,160,492,527 and these shares are expected to be listed and commence trading on the SGX-ST’s Catalist on June 18, 2024. Shareholders will be able to trade odd lots of shares on the SGX-ST’s Unit Share Market, although this market may be illiquid.
