MIXUE Group Class H ( (HK:2097) ) has issued an announcement.

MIXUE Group has reshaped its top management and supervisory structure, appointing founder Zhang Hongfu as co-chairman while he steps down as chief executive officer to focus on long-term strategy, culture, public welfare and innovation. Zhang Yuan, previously executive vice president and chief financial officer with a background in leading financial institutions, has been promoted to CEO, reflecting a transition toward a more professionally managed leadership team.

The company has also reallocated key governance roles, with former supervisory committee chair Cui Haijing resigning as supervisor to become head of finance and employee representative Zhu Jiaping joining the supervisory committee.
