Mitsui Fudosan Logistics Reports Financial Results

Mitsui Fudosan Logistics Park, Inc. (JP:3471) has released an update.

Mitsui Fudosan Logistics Park Inc. reported a slight increase in operating revenues to 12,413 million yen, up 4.8%, with a marginal dip in net income by 1.1% to 4,359 million yen for the fiscal period ended July 31, 2024. The company will begin distribution payouts on October 18, 2024, with a net income per unit standing at 7,170 yen. Additionally, a planned merger with Advance Logistics Investment Corporation is set for November 1, 2024, which will affect the subsequent fiscal periods.
