Mitsui Fudosan Logistics Park Inc. (MFLP-REIT) is set to merge with Advance Logistics Investment Corporation (ADL), with the merger effective as of November 1, 2024. In anticipation of this, MFLP-REIT has announced changes to its operating and fiscal periods, subsequently revising its operating results forecast. The revisions reflect a shortened fiscal period ending October 31, 2024, leading to a slight increase in operating revenue and a decrease in operating and ordinary income.
