Mithril Resources Ltd shareholders have overwhelmingly approved all resolutions during the General Meeting held on September 2, 2024, with each resolution receiving between 98.46% and 99.94% approval from votes cast. Key decisions included the ratification of placement shares and options, and approval for the issuance of Director Placement Shares and Options. Additionally, a special resolution for the change of the company name was also carried through with significant majority support.
