Mitchells & Butlers PLC has announced an application for the listing of 298,384 new Ordinary shares on The London Stock Exchange, which will rank equally with the currently issued shares. The shares are expected to be admitted to the Official List and commence trading on July 25, 2024, as part of the company’s Share Incentive Plan.
