Mirasol Resources (TSE:MRZ) has released an update.

Mirasol Resources Ltd. announces a private placement offering aimed at raising $3 million by selling Units at $0.45 each, which includes a common share and a purchase warrant. The proceeds will primarily fund the expansion of the company’s exploration programs and cover general corporate expenses. The offering is scheduled to close on October 25, 2024, pending typical closing conditions and TSX.V approval.
