Miramar Resources Limited has announced a change in the holdings of Director Allan Kelly, effective 25 July 2024. Kelly’s direct and indirect interests have increased, most notably through participation in a Rights Issue and a shareholder-approved Placement, resulting in a significant boost to his share and options portfolio in the company.
