Miquel y Costas and Miquel has acquired 8,000 of its own shares at 12.50 euros each, representing a minor 0.02% of its share capital. This transaction is separate from its previously announced Share Buyback Program, which allows for the acquisition of up to 452,000 shares. The company will handle these shares according to its existing policies.
