Miquel y Costas and Miquel has acquired 50,000 of its own shares at a price of 13.90 euros each, representing 0.125% of its share capital. This acquisition is separate from the existing Share Buyback Program, which will now have a reduced maximum acquisition limit of 232,000 shares, and the company will manage these shares according to its internal policies.
