Miquel y Costas Acquires Own Shares Outside Buyback

Miquel y Costas and Miquel (ES:MCM) has released an update.

Miquel y Costas and Miquel has acquired 40,000 of its own shares at 12.25 euros each, representing 0.10% of its share capital. This transaction, conducted outside the company’s ongoing Share Buyback Program, will adjust the total shares available for future acquisitions under the program. The company plans to manage the acquired shares according to its internal policies.
