Miquel y Costas and Miquel (ES:MCM) has released an update.

Miquel y Costas & Miquel has purchased 6,400 of its own shares at €12.87 each, representing a 0.016% stake in the company, independent of its ongoing Share Buyback Program. This acquisition, not linked to the company’s Board of Directors, will be managed according to internal policies and customary practices.
