Minsud Resources ( (TSE:MSR) ) has issued an update.
Minsud Resources reported a substantial increase in mineral resources at its Chita Valley Project, covering the Chinchillones polymetallic and Chita South supergene-enriched deposits, which lie about two kilometres apart. On a consolidated basis, indicated resources now total 1.033 million tonnes of copper equivalent and inferred resources 3.333 million tonnes of copper equivalent, with copper, silver, and gold as the primary value drivers.
At Chinchillones, indicated copper-equivalent resources rose 30.7% and inferred resources 37.8%, supported by additional drilling, with mineralization remaining open at depth and along strike, suggesting further upside. The Chita South deposit adds additional indicated and inferred copper resources, and both deposits meet industry criteria for reasonable prospects of eventual economic extraction, underscoring the project’s growing scale and potential strategic importance for stakeholders.
