China Minsheng Banking (HK:1988) has released an update.
China Minsheng Banking Corp., Ltd. has announced the approval of Wang Xiaoyong as an executive director and vice chairman of the bank’s board by the National Financial Regulatory Administration. Wang Xiaoyong’s new roles also include membership in the Strategic Development and Consumer Rights Protection Committee and the Risk Management Committee. His appointment is effective from the date of approval and follows a previous announcement on the nomination of executive directors.
