Minshang Creative Technology Holdings Limited has announced the retirement of their current auditor, Elite Partners CPA Limited, effective from the upcoming annual general meeting on August 22, 2024. The departure follows a ban on Elite Partners by China’s Ministry of Finance, prohibiting them from auditing Mainland enterprises listed abroad for five years. The company is now in the process of selecting a new auditor, with a resolution to be proposed at a subsequent extraordinary general meeting.
