Minshang Creative Technology Holdings Limited has completed the subscription of new shares under Subscription Agreement I, raising HK$10 million, with net proceeds of approximately HK$9.5 million intended for the development of its Renewable Energy Technology Business. This issuance represents about 2.19% of the company’s enlarged share capital. Additionally, the company has extended the completion date for Subscription Agreement II to November 27, 2024, to finalize administrative details.
