MinRex Resources Limited has achieved a major milestone by acquiring a 51% interest in EL 7423, which includes the high-potential Queenslander and Spring Gully Gold Projects within the Sofala Project in NSW, Australia. This strategic acquisition positions MinRex with significant gold resources, as EL 7423 hosts 323,900 oz of inferred gold out of the Sofala Project’s total of 352,000 oz. The company is now set to manage a joint venture to advance exploration efforts using modern techniques on these historically gold-rich projects.
