Mineral Resources Limited has announced the sale of a 49% stake in its Onslow Iron project’s haul road to Morgan Stanley Infrastructure Partners for a total of $1.3 billion. This strategic move involves a key transport route for iron ore in Western Australia, with MinRes maintaining majority ownership and operational control. The deal, valuing the haul road at $2.7 billion, is part of the company’s capital management strategy, aimed at optimizing returns and reinvesting in high-return projects.
