MinRes Director’s Shareholdings Increase

Mineral Resources Limited (AU:MIN) has released an update.

In a recent update from Mineral Resources Limited (MinRes), Director Susan Corlett’s shareholdings have increased due to the company’s remuneration arrangements, with 50% of her director’s fees being paid in MinRes shares. Following the latest allotment, which is based on the shares’ volume weighted average price, Corlett now holds 6,853 ordinary shares, an increase of 654 shares at no additional cost.
