MinRes Director Justin Langer Ups Shareholding

Mineral Resources Limited (AU:MIN) has released an update.

Justin Langer, a director at Mineral Resources Limited, has increased his direct shareholding in the company by 602 ordinary shares, taking his total direct ownership to 2,719 shares. This change comes as part of the company’s director fee remuneration policy, which compensates directors with 50% of their fees in MinRes shares based on the volume-weighted average price. There has been no change in Langer’s indirect holdings, which remain at 3,935 shares through his associations with Sunrise Group (WA) Pty Ltd and Chilly Dog Super Pty Ltd.
