MiniLuxe Holding Corp. has partnered with Boston entrepreneur Quynh Pham as its first franchisee operator, who will also invest in the company’s private placement. Pham is set to open a MiniLuxe location in Brookline, Massachusetts, and plans to expand with additional units over the next three years.
