Minieye Technology has signed a strategic cooperation agreement with Contemporary Amperex Intelligent Technology (Shanghai) Limited, a subsidiary of CATL, to build a long-term partnership in intelligent driving, intelligent chassis, battery technology and global supply chain resources. The collaboration aims to jointly develop globally competitive intelligent and electrified vehicle solutions and strengthen both companies’ positions in the fast-growing new energy intelligent vehicle sector.
Under the agreement, the parties will co-develop intelligent chassis, create a standardized and intelligent battery swapping and mobile power delivery ecosystem, and pursue scenario-driven innovation to raise product intelligence and responsiveness. They also plan to coordinate overseas expansion using shared global customer networks, supporting Minieye’s strategy to broaden its product portfolio, enhance ecosystem integration and capture more opportunities in domestic and international autonomous driving markets.
